We now have an option for "Non-Traditional Couples" which will prepare a joint or reciprocal trusts (or matching wills) along with matching sets of all of the supporting documents. No other assembly software offers this option.

We have added an "IRA Beneficiary Trust" with the IRA Beneficiary Designation form. This is a "stand-alone" trust which acts as the beneficiary or contingent beneficiary of larger IRA's. It can provide full "stretch-out" for each individual beneficiary and includes an election option to convert a beneficiary's trust from a "conduit trust" to a "fully discretionary accumulation trust" (this can protect a beneficiary with creditor issues, disabilties or management problems); this election can be made up to September 30 of the year following the client's death.
